Viorica & Aligote
SEMI-DRY WHITE WINE
The symbiosis between the Viorica and Aligote varieties results in this straw yellow wine. A slender, springy, light, and memorable wine. It has a balanced and velvety taste with light shades of citrus and an aroma of acacia flowers, which belong to the dominant variety but also those of an aligot with light shades of wormwood and green apple.
Food pairings: white meat, fish, vegetables, cheese, fresh fruit, pasta with white sauce, pizza.
It is recommended to be served at a temperature of +12°C ... +15°C
To be stored in clean, ventilated spaces, without foreign smell, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature of +5 ... +20°C, relative humidity of max. 85%
